Paris Bliss was founded by Barbara Rdzanek, a Paris-based curator of boutique travel experiences shaped by years of working closely with people in the world of fashion, beauty and luxury hospitality.
Her professional journey led her behind the scenes of iconic houses such as Chanel, Dior, Balmain, Prada and Alexis Mabille,
where she learned that true luxury is created through care, attention and a genuine respect for people. Working in client-facing roles taught her how much warmth, presence and thoughtful details shape memorable experiences.
Barbara is known for her openness and ease in connecting with others. She brings this natural sensibility into every journey she curates, creating an atmosphere that feels refined yet welcoming, elegant yet relaxed.Paris Bliss reflects this philosophy.
Each experience is designed with sensitivity, calm pacing and an intuitive understanding of what makes guests feel comfortable and inspired. From carefully chosen places to meaningful shared moments, everything is approached with intention.
For Barbara, hosting is about creating space where people feel cared for and free to enjoy the beauty around them. Paris Bliss welcomes a limited number of guests each year to preserve intimacy, quality and the human touch at the heart of every journey. Her love for France deepened during her years on the French Riviera, where she worked in fashion alongside renowned French photographers and stars like Ronan Keating, Kenneth Branagh, Mena Suvari, and Karine Vanasse, among many others. Often a guest at the Cannes Film Festival, she absorbed the best of the French lifestyle and embraced the celebration of each moment.
She arrived in France to fulfill the dreams of a little girl, and the experiences that unfolded went beyond her most daring expectations. Now, she wishes to share these cherished moments and inspire others to chase their own dreams.

From a Childhood Dream to the Riviera Light
As a little girl, Barbara was captivated by France – by the idea of living in a country where beauty, elegance and magic seemed to be part of everyday life. She dreamed of Paris streets bathed in golden light, of the effortless chic she saw in photographs, of the romance and artistry that France represented. In her twenties she decided to turn that dream into reality. She left her home country for Nice to study at one of the most respected fashion and image schools on the French Riviera.
She arrived full of determination and quickly immersed herself in the intense, inspiring world of her studies. In 2008 she graduated top of her class with a prestigious European diploma in fashion styling, image consulting and the art of personal presence. That distinction opened the door to immediate professional collaborations with one of the largest modeling agencies on the Côte d’Azur. She gained hands-on experience as a stylist and image consultant on real photo shoots, working side by side with French photographers, fashion magazines and brands. She embraced the language, the southern rhythm of life, the sun on the skin, the turquoise sea – she let the Riviera recharge her soul every day. Soon agencies and stars attending the Cannes Film Festival started reaching out. Working with names like Ronan Keating, Karine Vanasse, Kenneth Branagh and Mena Suvari felt like a beautiful dream she was living in real time. Cannes became her second home. With her heart divided between France and her roots, Barbara wanted to connect these two worlds. Back home she opened a carefully curated showroom, presenting collections from talented designers she personally admired and believed in. At the same time she built an agency dedicated to helping everyday women rediscover their own style and confidence. It was during these years, as a young woman working closely with other women, that she discovered how deeply fulfilling it is to support them – to help them feel seen, valued and empowered to take time for themselves, to celebrate their uniqueness, to build inner strength and to dare to dream bigger.

The Birth of Women’s Weekends
One afternoon in Nice, while sitting at a seaside café waiting for a photographer, Barbara posted a simple photo of her life at that moment. “I’d give anything for a day like yours.” a close friend texted her. Gradually she began receiving more and more messages from girls who wrote with longing: that they dream of such a lifestyle, of this kind of everyday magic, of days filled with light, beauty, style and freedom. Those sincere, quiet confessions touched her deeply. She realized how many women quietly yearn for elegant, meaningful escapes filled with warmth and real connection.
That gentle realization led her to create special women’s weekends: serene spa retreats, immersive days in the heart of Paris, and sun-drenched getaways along the Côte d’Azur. These gatherings were about more than luxury – they were spaces for laughter, deep conversations, new friendships and the kind of female energy that makes you feel truly alive and supported. Watching women light up, form lasting bonds and step into their own stories as heroines became one of the greatest joys of her life.

Today Paris Bliss is the natural, heartfelt culmination of Barbara’s journey. It is her way of sharing the France she loves so deeply: the serene elegance, the joie de vivre, the quiet magic of feeling truly cherished. Every journey she creates, whether a peaceful spa escape echoing her first women’s weekends, a candlelit evening in Paris, or a sun-drenched day on the Riviera is infused with the same warmth, intention and supportive spirit that has guided her entire path.
