1. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate and carefully curated nature of Paris Bliss experiences, all reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms.

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the experience start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the experience start date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures or unused services during the experience.

If Paris Bliss must cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either a full refund of payments made or the option to transfer their reservation to a future date.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Terms

All Paris Bliss experiences are offered on an application and approval basis.

A deposit of €500 is required to secure your place once your application has been approved.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the experience start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment may be required for bookings made within 30 days of the experience start date.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Paris Bliss does not store or have access to your payment details.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in the release of your reservation without refund of the deposit.
Prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or card provider are the responsibility of the client.

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Terms and Conditions

Paris Bliss curates boutique travel experiences operated from France and governed by French law.
By submitting an application, making a payment or participating in any Paris Bliss experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the experience.
Paris Bliss is not responsible for personal belongings, travel delays, airline disruptions or third-party service providers beyond its control.
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, operational needs or local circumstances, always with guest comfort and experience in mind.
Paris Bliss reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a guest whose behavior negatively impacts the experience, without refund.

Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for marketing purposes. While we are respectful of individual preferences, we cannot guarantee exclusion from group imagery.

4. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Policies are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
Paris Bliss is not a travel agency but a curator of experiences. Transportation services, accommodations and activities may be provided by independent third parties.
